Many UUs who have spent time in Christian churches shrink from the “Body and Blood” language of the traditional communion service. We’ll explore why Jesus’ body and blood may not be what was meant at all, and look at some uniquely UU communion rituals compiled by the Association of Unitarian Universalist Ministers. “Refreshments” will be served.
